There are many ways that you can be involved in our student’s learning and safety.

• Clubs and activities
• Classroom support

The safety and security of our students and staff is our highest priority. All volunteers in the school or classroom need to complete the designated forms listed below prior to service.

There are two steps to being cleared to volunteer in the classrooms. First is to complete the necessary forms, the second is to call the school with your social security number and payment.

All volunteers at Bergen Elementary need to complete a background screening and disclosure and release forms prior to coming in. You must be logged into Google Chrome for the online form or you can download and submit the printable version.

• After the submission of the form, call Holly Watson at 303-982-4964 with your Social Security Number and form of payment for $17.25.
• We can take payments as a check, Visa or MasterCard. Make checks payable to Bergen Elementary.

Please allow one week for the background check to be processed. You will only be notified if the background check does not clear. Contact Holly Watson with questions.
