Enrollment & Registration Information
Enroll for the 2026-27 School Year
Families can enroll for the 2026-27 school year during Round 2 enrollment, open now through Friday, August 28. All families, including those new to Jeffco and those returning to the same school, should complete enrollment.
Enrollment Timeline for the 2026-27 School Year
- December 2, 2025: Round 1 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year opens
- January 9, 2026: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2026-27 school year closes
- January 15, 2026: Round 2 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year opens
- January 20, 2026: Round 1 enrollment results sent to families
- August 28, 2026: Round 2 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year closes

Annual Update for Student Registration
Each year in late July, an email is sent out from the district regarding information for the start of the new school year. The “annual update” opens in Late July/August. The annual update includes:
- Bus rider registration (optional)
- Payment of classroom fees for the upcoming year
- Signing the annual permission and waiver forms
- Important information about the start of school

Student registration deadline and updates:
- Waiver/permissions and bus registration must be completed before the first day of school.
- Please make sure you have updated all your information in the Campus Parent Portal prior to the annual update closing.
- Please ensure all fees are paid in a timely manner.
