Annual Update for Student Registration
Each year in late July, an email is sent out from the district regarding information for the start of the new school year. The “annual update” opens in August. The annual update includes:
- Bus rider registration (optional)
- Payment of classroom fees for the upcoming year
- Signing the annual permission and waiver forms
- Important information about the start of school

Student registration deadline and updates:
- Waiver/permissions and bus registration must be completed before the first day of school.
- Please make sure you have updated all your information in the Campus Parent Portalprior to the annual update closing.
- Please ensure all fees are paid in a timely manner.
Student Fees
Jeffco Public Schools assesses fees for items or services necessary to support student achievement. These fees are reasonably related to the actual cost of the item retained by our students or the service provided to our students. For more information please read the Student Fee Guidance document.
How to Pay Student Fees
- To view fees paid or to pay fees for your student, log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- To pay student fees as a guest, visit the fee payment portal. You will need the student's ID number and their last name to complete this process.
